Yoshida-san allowed a lead-off single, but did not allow much more after that hit. He struck out 11 batters and only allowed 3 total hits. He had 1 hit batsman and no walks.
4 other guys reached base on our errors for a total of 8 base runners, but only 3 made it to third. One was thrown out at home, when Minomura-san did a nice job of catching the ball and blocking the plate. Minomura-san not only did a great job behind the plate, but he also had a 2 run HR in the 5th to make it 5-0.
Kudo-san also had a good day in the field, and he hit a solo HR in the top of the 7th.
